We finally got Aaliyah’s birth certificate from Orange County, so we submitted an application for her passport today.  We prepared everything in advance, so the process at the Post Office was simple and quick. 

It was a major project to take pictures that met the required standards.  Getting a single picture of her with her eyes open and mouth closed proved to be a real challenge.
